Cancellation and Refunds
In case of an incorrectly placed order, notify us at email@example.com within 15 days from your order date and we will refund your order accordingly, minus any real expenses incurred and any commission fees payable to our online payment system provider.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Taxes & V.A.T.
Within the European Union, the local VAT percentage is added on top of your order. In all countries outside the European Union, all taxes are included in the prices.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard) via VivaWallet.
